We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Sorry, no personal checks.
3. How can you offer prices lower than the wedding stores?
Our company negotiates factory direct pricing and maintains only an internet website for sales. So with practically no overhead, that’s how we can offer such fantastic prices.
4. How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us with the tracking number.
5. How do I get a catalog?
We do not have a physical catalog available. All of our products are available on our website.
6. Can I visit your local store?
We do not have a store open to the public.
7. Where are your products made?
90% of our products are made in the USA.
8. Do your sizes run big / small? The size chart provided shows that I need a different size than normal.
They can run big or small. It depends on the manufacturer. We highly recommend following the size chart.
9. Can I receive swatches of the products?
Because we do not manufacture, we do not have swatches available.

Yes, we have McAfee Secure which test and certifies daily to pass the “McAfee Secure” Security Scan. It helps address concerns about possible hacker access to confidential data, and the safety of visiting this site, the "live" McAfee Secure mark appears only when this site passes the daily McAfee Secure tests.
15. I did not receive a confirmation or tracking email?
Check our list below if you do not already know how to remedy the issue with spam, bulk, or junk mail folders.

Please make sure @pinkprincess.com is on your "approved sender" list or "whitelist" and/or in your "address book." The only solution to this problem is for you to be aware what triggers your ISPs blockage and make sure they understand you want to receive our email.
