Free Returns

At, we are confident you will be happy with the purchase of your little girl dress, boy suit, or accessory. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt return (all shipping fees are non-refundable).

**Exception: All sales are final for all jewelry and swimwear.

**Exception: All Joan Calabrese cancellations/returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.

**Exception: FLASH SALE, CLEARANCE, and Alfred Angelo items are NOT RETURNABLE

Returns Procedure
  1. Before returning any merchandise, please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form below within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, however, if the merchandise is damaged upon delivery, the items must be returned within 7 days.
  2. Within 3 business days, you will receive (via e-mail) a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) and an attached Pre-paid UPS Ground Return label (if requested).
  3. To print the Pre-paid UPS shipping label, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this file. To install Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the icon to below.

  4. Print this label out and send out the package with the included e-mail to your local UPS Drop Off Location
  5. The returned item(s) must be shipped out within 1 week after receiving the RMA#. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package and include the return form inside the package. If item is not shipped out in 1 week, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given for items received more than 20 days after a return authorization has been released.
  6. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping, unless you use the prepaid UPS Shipping Label, in which the value of the package, up to $100, will be refunded if the UPS Claim is approved.
All return merchandise must meet the following criteria or else they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense:
  1. Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor, unwashed etc.
  2. Merchandise must have original tag(s) attached.
  3. Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.
  4. All Return Procedures must be followed.

    • Mail your item(s) back free of charge using a return label that we e-mail you by following the returns procedure below. You will receive 1 prepaid return label if you submit a RMA form within 30 days of receiving your order in good condition or within 7 days if items were damaged upon delivery. If you place more than one order within a 30 day period, you will receive only (1) prepaid label. For example, if you placed two orders within a 30 day period, and you have already used (1) prepaid label to return the first order, you will not receive a prepaid label to return the second order. For U.S. 48 Contiguous States Only. For returned merchandise of $350 and above within a 30 day period, the following amounts will be deducted from your refund:

    • If you decide not to use the pre-paid label, you can return using any shipping method at your expense. When using another shipping method, please be sure to follow the returns procedure below.

    • If you want to exchange an item(s), you must place a new order online for the item(s) you wish to purchase. The original items will need to be returned by following the returns procedure below and the original credit card will be refunded, once the original items are returned and the proper procedures are followed. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the exchange items faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent without confusion.

    • If the amount of merchandise kept after the return does not reach the minimum requirement for the original discount given in the order, the discount amount will be properly deducted from the refund. (example: If an order placed was originally discounted at 10% for over $125 and a return is made with the remaining order kept being less than $125, the 10% discount will be removed)
