At PinkPrincess.com, we are confident you will be happy with the purchase of your little girl dress, boy suit, or accessory. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt return (all shipping fees are non-refundable).

**Exception: FLASH SALE, CLEARANCE, and Alfred Angelo items are NOT RETURNABLE
All return merchandise must meet the following criteria or else they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense:
- Before returning any merchandise, please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form below
within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, however, if the merchandise is damaged upon delivery, the items must be returned within 7 days.
- Within 3 business days, you will receive (via e-mail)
a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) and an attached Pre-paid UPS Ground Return label (if requested).
- To print the Pre-paid UPS shipping label, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this file. To install Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the icon to below.
- Print this label out and send out the package with the included e-mail to your local UPS Drop Off Location
- The returned item(s) must be shipped out within 1 week after receiving the RMA#.
Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package
and include the return form inside the package. If item is not shipped out
in 1 week, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. No refunds will
be given for items received more than 20 days after a return authorization
has been released.
- We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping, unless you use the prepaid UPS Shipping Label, in which the value of the package, up to $100, will be refunded if the UPS Claim is approved.
- Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor, unwashed etc.
- Merchandise must have original tag(s) attached.
- Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.
- All Return Procedures must be followed.
