Free Returns (up to $300)

At PinkPrincess.com, we are confident you will be happy with the purchase of your little girl dress, boy suit, or accessory. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt return (all shipping fees are non-refundable).

 *Exception: All Joan Calabrese cancellations/returns will incur a 10% restocking fee

 *Exception: FLASH SALE, CLEARANCE, jewelry, and swimwear items are NOT RETURNABLE

 *Only one (1) free prepaid return label (For U.S. 48 Contiguous States Only) is allowed per customer within a 30 day period. For each additional return label, a $9 shipping fee will be deducted from the return.

For returned merchandise of $300 and above (before discount) within a 30 day period, the following amounts will be deducted from your refund:

Returns Procedure

  1. Before returning any merchandise, please fill out the Return Form below within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, however, if the merchandise is damaged upon delivery, the items must be returned within 7 days.
  2. Print out or email your packing slip and shipping label, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and drop off your package at your local UPS Drop Off Location or your local USPS Location.
  3. The returned item(s) must be shipped out within 7 days after receiving the RMA#. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package and include the return form inside the package. If item is not shipped out in 7 days, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given for items received more than 30 days after a return authorization has been released.
  4. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.

All return merchandise must meet the following criteria or the item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or discarded:

  1. Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor, unwashed etc.
  2. Merchandise must have original tag(s) attached.
  3. Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.
  4. All Return Procedures must be followed.
