Mail your item(s) back free of charge using a return label that we e-mail you by following the returns procedure below. We allow up to 30 days to return the merchandise from received date. Only 1 prepaid return label is allowed per order. For U.S. 48 Contiguous States Only. For returned merchandise over $249, the following amounts will be deducted instead for the shipping label:

If you decide not to use the pre-paid label, you can return using any shipping method at your expense. When using another shipping method, please be sure to follow the returns procedure below

Exchange Procedures
If you want to exchange an item(s), you must place a new order online for the item(s) you wish to purchase. The original items will need to be returned by following the returns procedure below and the original credit card will be refunded, once the original items are returned and the proper procedures are followed. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the exchange items faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent without confusion.

Discounted Orders
If the amount of merchandise kept after the return does not reach the minium requirement for the original discount given in the order, the discount amount will be properly deducted from the refund. (example: If an order placed was originally discounted at 10% for over $125, and a return is made with the remaining order kept being less than $125, then the 10% discount will also be removed)

Returns Procedure

1. Before returning any merchandise, please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form below within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
2. Within 3 business days, you will receive (via e-mail) a RMA# (Return Merchandize Authorization #) and an attached Pre-paid UPS Ground Return label (if requested).
3. To print the Pre-paid UPS shipping label, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this file. To install Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the icon to below.
   
4. Print this label out and send out the package with the included e-mail to your local UPS Drop Off Location
5. The returned item(s) must be shipped out within 1 week after receiving the RMA#. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package and include the return form inside the package. If item is not shipped out in 1 week, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. No refunds will be given for items received more than 20 days after a return authorization has been released.
6. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping, unless you use the prepaid UPS Shipping Label, in which the value of the package, up to $100, will be refunded if the UPS Claim is approved.

All return merchandise must meet the following criteria or else they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense:

1. Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor, etc.
2. Merchandise must have original tag(s) attached.
3. Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.
4. All Return Procedures must be followed.
